school's boring as usual.....

i press the wrong order and it came out Mocha(coffee man, hate it please!) and the three of us scream so loud that i swear everyone was looking at us wondering what happened! LOL!

went gyming with fh and shun after that!
went for a run ; 1.6km.
wanted to run 2.4 but all the coughing disallow it. ):

went to Gymwerkz after running.
wanted to do the bench press and everything but a lot of DB people using so we make do with running(again!) while waiting for them to finish.

and i ran another 3.3km!
TOTAL = 4.9km today!
